Help Resources for SureStep Customers

To access the Help Center online, users must be pre-registered in our system. Once registered, you can log in using your email address. You will be prompted to enter a code that is sent directly to your email, allowing secure access without a password.

If you are unable to access the Help Center or prefer email, you can always contact help[AT]surestepsi.com and a case will be opened on your behalf. Your company's email domain will be registered and we will create an account for you.

If you are not a current SureStep customer, your email request will be closed and you will not receive a response. For any inqueries, careers, or to learn more about SureStep, please use the Contact Us page.

Need to submit a SEV1 / Critical priority case?

Please login using the web portal to submit your case. This ensures that a 24/7 response happens. Our paging system will engage the appropriate resources based on your contractual SLA.

Are you a New User trying to login?

Please reach out to us first via help[AT]surestepsi.com for assistance to be onboarded. We will add you as an account contact once we receive approval from your primary contact.

If your not sure who your primary contact is, we can provide that information via the case over email.

How can I reset my password?

You do not need a password to sign in. We use Email Authentication, meaning that we send a code to your email each time you login.

This allows us to verify you and validate your access by having you login with your Work email address.
