A Canadian government entity sought to modernize and centralize its internal audit function. Previously, multiple departments operated independently, using a range of systems and processes to manage audits. This decentralized approach led to:

- Providing hypercare support during the initial onboarding phase, ensuring all teams adapted smoothly to the new platform.
