Our Solution
SureStep was engaged to lead the design, implementation, and enhancement of the client’s Risk and Control Framework using IBM OpenPages. Our approach included:
- Conducting a comprehensive risk assessment across all operations, identifying key risks specific to energy production, utilities management, and plant operations.
- Designing a standardized Risk and Control Framework that could be applied consistently across all countries while allowing for local regulatory variations.
- Documenting complex utilities and operational risks, providing a clear view of critical risk areas.
- Configuring IBM OpenPages to support multi-language use, with a primary focus on Thai, ensuring all local teams could effectively use the platform.
- Building custom risk assessment workflows, allowing local teams to document, assess, and monitor risks specific to their operations.
- Implementing control libraries, automated assessments, and risk scoring models to standardize risk evaluation.
- Providing training in both English and Thai to ensure user adoption, supported by user guides and process documentation.
