CX Labs B.V. and SureStep IT Inc. today announced a strategic partnership to deliver enterprise-grade Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) services built on IBM OpenPages and watsonx.governance to customers across Europe.
SureStep brings deep, proven expertise in GRC advisory and platform implementation, with a strong track record supporting global financial services and enterprise clients across North America and APAC. Through this partnership, SureStep’s established delivery model, regulatory knowledge, and IBM GRC capabilities will be extended into Europe with a local, on-the-ground presence through CX Labs.
CX Labs is a Netherlands-based consultancy specializing in Salesforce and CRM platform implementations for Sales, Service, and Marketing technology solutions, with an established customer base since 2019 and partnerships across leading CRM and data ecosystems. The partnership will focus on the joint delivery of IBM OpenPages and watsonx.governance solutions, supporting organizations in areas including enterprise risk management, regulatory compliance, operational resilience, and AI governance. Clients will benefit from an integrated approach that connects risk, compliance, and data governance across the enterprise, supported by IBM’s technology stack and proven delivery methodologies.
Robert Wright, Consultant at CX Labs, will lead the partnership between CX Labs and SureStep. In this role, he will act as a bridge between the two organizations, ensuring alignment across delivery, go-to-market strategy, and client engagement. This model allows SureStep’s global customers to leverage expertise locally in Europe, while accelerating CX Labs’ growth as a regional delivery partner for advanced GRC and data governance initiatives.
